I have a 2000 Honda Civic will crank but not start. I replaced the fuel filter and spark plugs. The relay seems to be the most important function (if you followed the key of the check engine light lead of two seconds, a clicking sound near the dashboard on the passenger side and the fuel pump sounds).
The problem persists.
