How To Remove Vacuum Sealed Pan Lid How To Remove A Lid Vacuum Sealed To A Teflon Fry Pan?

How to remove a lid vacuum sealed to a teflon fry pan? - how to remove vacuum sealed pan lid

One night, I cooked spaghetti sauce, put a lid on the wok-shaped pan for a few minutes, if I lock the lid.
I have tried to give the jar in the refrigerator and place on ice, beat all on the page (I hope that the sauce does not slip too quickly), the odd edge, which eliminates the button cover, hoping to find a hole, or tighten the screw you .... None of them helped. Now I'm wondreing when the lid instead of cooling down the heat to expand the air inside to be, and then remove. I'm running out of ideas .... and hungry: P

You're right, it should have cooled because the air flow decreases caused Vacum sealed. I Heated over very low because you do not want the lid to pop and screaming, or set it on fire.
