Me and about 7 of my friends are planning a trip this summer to the crime and the need for a place to find the rent to a group of students under 20 and not too expensive.

The best place I have found, is rental owners. They have a few places in Maryland right now: http://www.ownerdirect.com/lodging/usa/m ... and not in Ocean City.
The workflow is to put you in touch with the owner, so if you let them know your age, etc., will tell you whether you agree with that.
However, it is very rare that a house that a group of children aged under 20 have found the university ... but still worth a try. The worst that can happen is they say no ... It has nothing to lose by it.

Good luck with that. Many of the places have already been taken to not allow children under 21 years of the rent, because anybody who is a senior at Maryland, there are higher for the week.
