Whey Protein - Any Side Effects? How long till it works? - how long before i see results with whey protein

Recently, I started with whey protein as a supplement to my training plan. I use 1 tablespoon milk in the morning and 1 tablespoon of water in my workout. How long before you see starting to get results? I'm pretty sure I will see results after about one or two weeks, but maybe my imagination? =) (I have quite a hectic training schedule, but more self-confidence, not) enter. Moreover, there are side effects? I've heard that the road can ruin the kidneys, etc. But how do I figure thats only if more than a myth. I after 50 grams per day.

Reading some of these reactions is very funny. I do not know why people because they do not know what they are talking about. Myth: Protein builds muscles. The fact is that the amino acids are responsible for the repair of muscle are amino acids derived from real proteins, but certain types of proteins with different amino acids and therefore can not generalize the protein. Myth: Protein damage to the kidneys. The truth is that protein molecules are too large by the kidneys, which are filtered from the small intestine, liver, where liver decides to absorb them or to be transported by road to be used elsewhere.

and after taking a risk soo much, and yet says he was not sure whether your weight is reduced to ...
But protein shakes protein powder and protein bars that I really delicious and helped me to reduce weight .... have no effect as welll sid

Nobody knows what the protein is more? Protein does not do more. The protein of everything he does is help you get your muscles, so you work the next day. Whey protein actually help you lose weight. If you want to gain weight, gain muscle milk. No side effects to the protein at all. (Incidentally, the protein no bigger muscles if you want to take me suggust to steroids. Other then all that hard work!)
